Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
to cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and to obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
In addition to the rights conferred by the Australian Consumer Law, the express warranties and policies set out in these General Terms And Conditions Of Purchase apply.
Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:
earrings
resized rings
engraved items
special, custom or made to order items.
If for any reason you change your mind about any eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, provided:
you return the goods within 30 days of purchase (or delivery in the case of online orders)
the goods are in As New Condition and accompanied by:
proof of purchase
original packaging
with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates).
'As New Condition' means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Luminous Amore.
You will be responsible for the post and/or shipping costs (including customs and duties costs if applicable) to return your items to Luminous Amore.
Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and in no way limits, your legal entitlement and existing rights under Australian Consumer Law.
